Introductory Empowerment Coaching Package

This Introductory Empowerment Coaching Package includes a 60 minute Consultation and a 45 minute Coaching Session in person or over the phone.

During this Coaching Session, we may dive into past relationships, unresolved issues, and insecurities you are carrying around today. We may also compare your current circumstances with the decisions you made about life as a child and update some of your old belief patterns.

With this session, you may develop stronger and healthier relationships, find a career you love and thrive in, release old addictions, and/or find balance, harmony and peace in your life.

As well, I will be sharing new tools, powerful meditations, fun exercises and effective mindset strategies that you can use right away to empower yourself and live a more authentic you!
