Distance Empowerment Coaching Session

Empowerment Coaching Sessions complement any type of energy therapy; however, they can also be done separately.

Since the onset of COVID-19, all Empowerment Coaching Sessions are received over the phone ONLY and is 45 minutes.

Empowerment Coaching Sessions are used as an opportunity to find acceptance in areas of your life that are unresolved or unfinished. This could include unresolved intimate relationships, other challenging relationships, career restraints, financial setbacks, addictive patterns, low self-confidence, inability to take charge of your life, etc. During each session, we may unpack current circumstances that are causing havoc in your life, uncover unhealed patterns, and/or revisit old decisions that were made as a child. Healing occurs at the heart centre by releasing the unresolved emotions around each issue and shifting how you feel about the experience. The overall intention is to assist you in finding peace and moving beyond the old patterns and belief systems.
